MORNING HEALTHY HABITS – For a productive lifestyle

Hi, if you’re new to the channel my name is Valentina …welcome Starting and keeping a positive morning routine is an investment of a life time

It gives you structure, it builds life-changing habits According to research when you create and stick to a morning routine your stress, and anxiety levels will start decrease and your life satisfaction levels will rise quickly Focused and productive mornings create focused and productive people! Try to wake up earlier… it’s hard I know but I promise it will pay off for life! At the beginning it was hard for me as I used to hibernate all year long but now I witness so many benefits that I can’t recommend it highly enough! I recently read a few articles about successful people’s morning routine and all of them say that they wake up early but I mean…very early!! They claim to be happier, less stressed and more productive

It’s crucial the way you wake up… don't rush, start slowlytry to appreciate the sound of silence of early mornings this will help you to keep a sense of serenity through out the day

Start waking up 15 minutes earlier than your usual time Then, gradually adjust Do what it's good for you Drinking a glass of water is always a good idea as our body needs to be hydrated after a long night without any water consumptionour body is about 70% water so that’s why it’s so important

Try not to check your emails or your phone when you just wake up… I know this is hard too but it will cause you to get distracted so claim the early hours of the day as your “me” time If you never took meditation into consideration … please try or try again!I The busier you are, the more probably you need meditation There are tons of different types of meditations and I am sure there’s the one right for you If you think you’re waisting your time with meditation, listen to this: research show that people who meditate tend to have during the day less wandering thoughts and stay more focused easily so it will also increase your productivity Even 5 minutes is enough at the beginning small stepstry even just for a week and you’ll see the difference! Exercise will not just make you think clearer, be healthier and scientifically happier but it also allows you to relieve stress

Make time for exercise It doesn’t have to be much at the beginning 10-15 minutesbut stick to it! It improves physical and mental energy, it jumpstart your metabolism… it's like a “natural cup of coffee” Taking care of your outer self, for how superficial it may sound it’s important because it helps to boost your self-confidence If looking good, putting on a little make-up or some anti-wrinkle serum it make you feel better and prettier

so

why don’t do it then? As long as you do it for yourself and not for “the others” I also love taking a nice long shower while I listen to a Podcast or some of my favorite Spotify compilations I also started dry-brushing twice a week…and it really helps my skin to exfoliate and feel smoother and it also stimulates the circulation

As a reward for accomplishing my routine I’ll have a nice nourishing breakfast… I mostly eat plant-based food so I usually start with a smoothy or I’ll have rice cakes with peanut butter and fruits so it refuels my body with nutrients but also enhances my mood If you are not already an early riser I hope you’ll get there sooner or later and I am sure only good things can come from this change If you enjoyed the video please support the channel by giving a thumbs up and I’ll see you next week, bye
