Welcome please take a moment to subscribe my channel and press Bell button besides it For dough mix 1 bowl of refined flour warm water 1 spoon oil and 1 tsp, salt knead it smooth In the same dough add grated carrot if dough get sticky add some spoons of flour and then knead Add 1 bowl of refined flour, warm watet ,1 spoon oil and 1 teaspoon of salt + add 1 blanched and grinded spinach Keep the dough side for 15 minutes keep it aside for 15 minutes Now put 1/4 cup of chopped onion and 1/4 cup of spring onions now put half cup of cabbage and 3/4 cup of corn that is boil corn Add 1 tsp garam masala or grinded spice Add 1 tsp chilli powder and salt as you wanted At last put some coriander leaves and your corn filling is ready Mix them and just off the gas after two three minutes and add some Put small small pieces of pander or cottage cheese to it add some chili powder and salt Our paneer mix veg filling is ready Take the same vegetable you prepared for mixed vegetable filling add some water and Maggie masala then Add 1/2 Maggie to it and boil it Add some Chilli sauce as per your requirement add some soya sauce to it Now you can see all the fillings are ready now we have to fill these Roll all the dough in round and small shape like poori Fill the filling as for shown in this video Our momos are ready to get steamed Put the momos in rice cooker or you can put in the pressure cooker with the help of idli stand Serve with mayonese Don't forget to subscribe my channel like my channel and comment below
